Urban Outreach Evangelistic Ministries Inc. is the local expression of Scherry Kearse’s ministry to win souls for Jesus with deliverance through His name. Our mission is to disciple new converts in the life of the Holy Spirit, help them to develop spiritual fruit and utilize spiritual gifts, and to equip them to do the works of Christ locally. We are set apart by the Holy Spirit dynamics we emphasize and value the baptism in the Holy Spirit, the life of the Holy Spirit, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit. (John 7:37-39 Acts 1:8; Acts 2:4; Galatians 5:16-23;  Romans 12:6-8; 1 Corinthians 12:1-10) We are set apart by the Supernatural life Style we pursue both in a walk of holiness and the expectation of signs and wonders.  (2 Corinthians 7:1; Colossians 3:12-17; 1 Corinthians 2:4-5; Acts 4:29-34.)
